Empowering women to live more fulfilled lives.
Supporting you through your healing journey to feel safe, capable, and in charge of your body.
My goal as a pelvic health therapist is to provide a nonjudgmental, consensual, client centered space where you feel safe, informed and empowered to take on your healing journey.

I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, supported, and informed.
My passion for pelvic health grew from my own lived experience—years of navigating pelvic pain, hypermobility, and the frustration of feeling dismissed in the medical system. I know what it feels like to sense something is off and to be told everything looks normal. Those experiences shaped how I practice today, with empathy, transparency, and deep respect for the person in front of me.
Through my personal and professional journey, I’ve come to understand that everything in our body, and in life, is connected. At Tethered Pelvic Health, that belief is at the heart of my work. The way we breathe, move, think, and feel is all interwoven. Healing happens when we acknowledge those threads and work together to restore balance, trust, and connection within ourselves.
My approach is flexible and client-centered. Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone, so I meet people where they are without judgment or pressure for perfection. Together we focus on small, sustainable steps that feel kind and realistic, creating progress that lasts.
Education is a cornerstone of my care. I believe that understanding the “why” behind your symptoms is empowering—it helps you make informed choices and rebuild confidence in your body. My background in orthopedics, pelvic health, and yoga allows me to blend multiple therapeutic approaches fluidly, adapting to your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals.
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to this work, integrating what I’ve learned through my own healing and grief into a grounded and compassionate presence. My intention is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard, because healing happens when you are met with understanding, not expectation.
I am a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and yoga instructor with advanced training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and the MGH Institute of Health Professions, as well as over 500 hours of yoga teacher training.
Through Tethered Pelvic Health, my mission is simple: to help you feel more at home in your body by honoring the threads that connect it all—body, mind, and self.
