Supporting you in feeling safe, capable, and at home in your body

A thoughtful, individualized approach to pelvic health care.

Care at Tethered Pelvic Health is grounded in consent, collaboration, and clinical reasoning. Sessions are one on one and designed to understand the whole body, not just isolated symptoms. We prioritize education, movement, and sustainable strategies so you can build confidence, autonomy, and progress that lasts.

Meet Bre

Founder and Lead Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Bre believes everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and informed in their care. Her work in pelvic health is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, including years navigating pelvic pain, hypermobility, and the frustration of feeling dismissed within the medical system.

Those experiences inform how she practices today, with empathy, transparency, and deep respect for the person in front of her. She takes a whole-body approach to care, recognizing that how we breathe, move, think, and feel are deeply connected.

At Tethered Pelvic Health, Bre focuses on creating a space that is collaborative, consent-based, and grounded in education. Her role as founder is to ensure that care across the practice reflects these values, supporting patients in building confidence, understanding their bodies, and making progress that feels sustainable.

Bre is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with advanced training in pelvic health and orthopedics, as well as over 500 hours of yoga teacher training. Through Tethered Pelvic Health, her goal is to help people feel more at home in their bodies by honoring the threads that connect body, mind, and self.

Meet Jenn

Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Jenn believes everyone deserves compassionate, evidence-based care in a space where they feel heard, supported, and safe in their bodies. She discovered pelvic health during her final year of physical therapy school and was drawn to how empowering this work can be in helping people better understand their symptoms and take an active role in their health.

Her own experience navigating endometriosis has deepened the empathy and perspective she brings into practice. At Tethered Pelvic Health, Jenn takes a patient-centered, trauma-informed, and whole-body approach to care, helping individuals build sustainable strategies to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies.

Jenn works with individuals navigating pelvic pain and discomfort, bladder and bowel concerns, sexual health concerns, pregnancy and postpartum care, hypermobility, movement challenges, and orthopedic conditions.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northeastern University and has completed advanced training in pelvic health and orthopedics through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and Celebrate Muliebrity.
