    • Understand common pelvic floor symptoms and distinguish what is normal vs. what is common

    • Use breathwork and bracing to create stability throughout your lifts

    • Connect your core and pelvic floor for improved performance

    • Build strength while feeling supported in your body

This workshop includes hands-on coaching from both hosts, practice reps, and personalized feedback to take into your next training session.

  • Past Event: Pelvic Health Essentials for Fitness Professionals

This introductory course provides fitness instructors with an essential overview of pelvic health, laying the foundation for understanding and incorporating pelvic floor training into their programs. Participants will explore the basics of pelvic floor anatomy, function, and common dysfunctions, gaining insight into how these factors affect overall movement and performance. The course focuses on safe, functional exercises that promote core stability, posture, and injury prevention. Designed as an initial step in integrating pelvic health into fitness routines, this training empowers instructors to begin supporting clients’ pelvic health, from athletes to prenatal and postpartum individuals, in a meaningful way.

  • Past Event: Empower Your Core: Pelvic Yoga Workshop

Our pelvic floor is an integral part of core and it's time to make this topic less taboo! You will learn about the anatomy and functions of the pelvic floor, what's common but not normal and ways to reconnect with your pelvic floor through breath and movement. There will be time allotted to discuss in community and ask questions, nothing is TMI.
